Wholesale Shipping Policy
We are committed to providing our wholesale customers with reliable and efficient shipping services. Below are the details of our shipping policy to ensure a smooth ordering experience.
1. Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Options include standard, freight (for larger orders), local pick up, and local delivery (limited to our delivery zone). Please select your preferred method at checkout.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on order size, weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. Detailed shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. For orders over 250 lbs total, we recommend reaching out to us for a freight quote.
3. Processing Time
Here are our typical processing timeframes for each shipping method. Please allow an additional 7 business days for custom or large orders. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Standard shipping: 3 business days
Freight: 5 business days
Local Pick Up: 3 business days
Local Delivery: 5 business days
4. Local Delivery
Local delivery is offered within a specified delivery zone in the Phoenix Metro area. If delivery is available for your address, it will appear as an option on the Shipping Method page. Local delivery is made every Thursday between 7am-5pm.
5. International Shipping
We do not offer shipping outside of the continental U.S.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We make every effort to pack our orders in a way to prevent damage during transit. However, if a package arrives damaged, please notify the carrier at delivery, marking any paperwork received as damaged. Please also take photos of the damage and email them to orders@haydenflourmills.com. If you follow these instructions, we will be able to help you to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Returns and Exchanges
At Hayden Flour Mills, our goal is to provide our community with the highest quality of goods, so we strive to ensure our milling practices reflect that. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us at orders@haydenflourmills.com and we will assist you. Under normal circumstances, due to our food safety and sanitary protocols, we do not accept returns for perishable items.
