Malted White Sonora Flour is a unique and versatile flour enhancement that will promote excellent caramelization when baking bread or pizza. First our our heritage White Sonora wheat is lightly malted, then stone milled into a whole wheat flour. Replace 1-2% of your bread flour with Malted White Sonora Flour to increase enzymatic activity and add depth, complexity, and color to your baked goods.
