Soft, golden, and slightly chewy, our award-winning White Sonora Berries are one of the oldest heritage wheat varieties in North America. With a mild nutty flavor, they make a great canvas for your favorite recipes. To prepare White Sonora Berries is as simple as boiling water.
Substitute cooked White Sonora Berries for rice or pasta, add to any grain bowl, salad, or soup for extra flavor and texture or top with yogurt and honey for a sweet breakfast treat.
