Dating back to the 18th century, our Raw Whole Groat Oats are sweet, buttery and full of nutrients. These heritage oats are a rare hulless, or “naked,” variety that is historically tough to find and farm. But we believe all that hard work is worth it when you taste the full flavor of fresh oats!
Grind them down into oat flour for your favorite baked good, boil them for a grain bowl base, chop them up in a food processor for a “steel cut oat” texture, or flake them with an Oat Flaker for buttery rich oatmeal. However you choose to enjoy these oats, you won’t be disappointed.
